This is an hybrid position based in the Dallas (Addison) area, offering the flexibility to work from home while maintaining and in-office presence. Hooray Health offers a competitive benefits package, including paid time off, an annual bonus opportunity, employer-subsidized health insurance, and a 401(k) plan.
Position Summary
Hooray Health is seeking a highly experienced, hands-on Accounting Manager to take ownership of the Company's accounting function. This position will be responsible for the accuracy and integrity of the general ledger, monthly close, account reconciliations, journal entries, financial statement preparation, and accounting analysis.
This is a key role within a lean Finance organization and requires someone who can work independently, exercise sound accounting judgment, identify and resolve issues, and continuously improve accounting processes. The ideal candidate is a strong accountant who is comfortable operating with autonomy and taking ownership of the accounting function rather than simply completing assigned tasks.
