Industrial Welders

Pay: $18–$25 per hour, based on experience
Shifts Available:

• 1st Shift: 6:00 AM – 2:30 PM
• 2nd Shift: 3:00 PM – 2:00 AM

Job Summary

We are seeking experienced and dependable Industrial Welders to join our team. The ideal candidate will have hands-on welding experience and be comfortable working 8–10 hour shifts in an industrial environment.

Responsibilities

• Perform industrial welding according to specifications and quality standards
• Use .045 flux-core/MIG welding equipment
• Perform stick welding
• Read and follow welding instructions, drawings, and specifications
• Inspect welds for quality and accuracy
• Maintain a clean and safe work area
• Follow all company safety procedures and PPE requirements
• Meet production and quality expectations

Requirements

• Previous industrial welding experience required
• Experience with .045 flux-core/MIG welding
• Stick welding experience
• Ability to work 8–10 hour shifts
• Dependable and punctual
• Strong safety awareness and attention to detail
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Must be willing to work the assigned shift
