What You’ll Do:
- Identify and engage homeowners needing roof replacements, repairs, permanent lighting, or gutter guard protection.
- Perform initial exterior inspections and present tailored solution options to property owners.
- Manage prospects through the sales pipeline from initial contact to signed agreement.
- Build lasting customer relationships through clear communication and dependable service.
Qualifications:
- Driven, self-motivated mindset with a strong desire for financial independence.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills (prior sales experience is a plus, but willingness to learn is key).
- Reliable transportation and smartphone/tablet for field work.
- Comfort working outdoors and performing basic property inspections
