Project manger - Home Improvement

Our interior design and build firm is looking to hire a Project Manager to run apartment renovation projects here in the heart of NYC.

Description:

• Execute work designed by our in-house designers for our clients

• Communicate all project details with trades people and clients

• Take daily project meeting notes and daily logs

• Manage and oversee workers on job site

• Meet project deadlines

Requirements:

• Must be familiar with residential construction

• Must be able to read and understand architectural plans

• Must be able to put together a construction schedules

• Relevant background with finish materials

• Strong communication skills

• Experience on working with clients/home owners

• Strong problem solving skills
