What we are looking for:

We are looking to hire 2-4 individuals with the ability to lead and execute at a high level to operate in a full-time capacity of approximately 30-40 hours starting on 8/29 or shortly before depending on availability. We ask for a Monday-Friday weekly availability. This role will include mornings, afternoons, and evenings in rare cases. We are closed on Sundays every week with a weekly pay schedule. You may be presented with the opportunity to take a move out of state. Out of state moves include daily per diem and opportunity for greater pay overall.

Pay:

Training: $18/hr
$23-$28/hr paid weekly

  • Bi-annual bonus opportunity based on evaluations and sales performance.
  • Quarterly evaluations/Quarterly raises
  • Per diem on long-distance moves
  • Tips at an average of 2-8% of your net pay (yearly)

Job Duties:

Put simply, our position as a full-time lead can requires you to be in charge of the operation. This job requires the ability to keep up with the physical demand of working in the elements for 8-10 hours a day. The pay for this type of job reflects the type of work you will do. You will be responsible for ensuring that the customer's move (small or large) is executed within the parameters and expectations of the company. This includes sharp customer service and management of a team of up to 5 individuals at any time. The lead role includes job tracking, driving a box truck, and ensuring the team is fit to handle the task at hand.

Requirements:

  • Punctual attendance to the office/job site (most important)
  • Ability to follow directions and lead a team to accomplish a common goal
  • Performing heavy lifts, team lifts, and operating moving equipment
  • Paying CLOSE attention to avoid damage to customer's furniture and home
  • Working well with coworkers to address problems with efficient solutions
  • Ability to operate clock-in, messaging, and user software on smart phone
  • Ability to operate our mover software for to bill customers, track jobs, and note job details
  • Strong communication and customer service skills
