Job Description
The porter maintains a clean plant inside and out by taking care of the common areas and performing building maintenance. Their job is to keep the plant clean, safe, secure, and stocked.
Duties and Responsibilities
•Blow down plant and equipment to keep lint free.
•Take care of all common areas.
•Property Management.
•Keep warehouse organized.
•Sweep alleyways with forklift.
•Inspect all sling carts and pre-loaders and make repairs as needed.
•Take all deliveries and place in proper locations.
•Other duties as assigned.
Job Requirements
•Can safely use basic tools and ladders.
• Can operate a fork lift
•Team player who can communicate and work well with other departments.
•Successfully pass our pre-employment drug test and submit to a background check.
