Snelling Staffing is hiring a Route Sales Driver for a position at our client’s Oconomowoc, WI location.

The Route Sales Driver will operate a company vehicle along an established route or territory and deliver goods and products to various customer locations. This position is ideal for someone who is dependable, safety-conscious, comfortable driving, and enjoys providing professional customer service.

Responsibilities

• Safely operate a company vehicle on an assigned route.
• Deliver goods and products to designated customer locations.
• Load, transport, and unload products as required.
• Maintain accurate delivery and route documentation.
• Provide professional and courteous customer service.
• Follow all company safety policies and procedures.
• Keep the vehicle clean, organized, and properly maintained.
• Communicate any delivery, route, or customer issues to management.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

Schedule

• Full-Time
• 36 hours per week
• 12-hour shifts
• Weekly schedule based on operational needs.

Qualifications

• Valid driver's license required.
• Clean and safe driving history preferred.
• Reliable attendance and punctuality.
• Ability to work independently and follow an established route.
• Strong communication and customer service skills.
• Ability to safely handle and transport products.
• Ability to follow safety procedures and company policies.
• Previous delivery, route driving, transportation, warehouse, or customer service experience is a plus.
