Site Attendant (Bilingual Preferred)

LaborMAX Staffing is currently hiring a Site Attendant for one of our clients. This position is responsible for monitoring the site, maintaining awareness of activity on the property, and providing general site oversight.

The ideal candidate is dependable, alert, professional, and comfortable working independently.

Responsibilities

• Monitor the property and maintain general awareness of activity on-site
• Observe and report any unusual activity or issues to the appropriate contact
• Monitor individuals entering and leaving the site as directed by the client
• Maintain a professional and visible presence on the property.
• Assist with general site oversight and follow client procedures
• Keep the assigned area clean and organized
• Communicate any concerns or incidents promptly
• Follow all company and client policies and procedures

Requirements

• Previous experience in site monitoring, facility support, customer service, or a similar role preferred
• Reliable transportation
• Strong communication skills
• Dependable and punctual
• Ability to remain alert and attentive throughout the shift
• Ability to work independently

Bilingual English/Spanish is a plus.
