Essential Duties / Responsibilities:
- Able to work in a Team environment understanding that our customers come first.
- Reliable, dependable and timely.
- Attention to detail.
- Comfortable reading a computer screen, understanding general sequencing and doing basic data entry and troubleshooting when needed.
- Possess professional customer service, communication and listening skills.
- Aptitude to work with industrial/engineered parts such as fasteners, hardware and special parts.
- Demonstrated application of general math skills
- Proactive organizational and problem-solving abilities.
- Passion for accuracy, quality and continuous improvement.
- Packaging of parts into specified bags, boxes, or other specified containers.
- Communicates with Packing Area Team Leader in regards to any questions, discrepancies of information,
- Must follow all safety requirements
- Follow direction of Packing Area Team Leader.
