Responsibilities
- Manage daily activities of a team of 11-30 employees
- Supervise production processes to meet quality and output targets
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company policies
- Conduct staff training and development
- Create and manage production schedules
- Generate reports on production performance and issues
- Identify and implement process improvements
Preferred Qualifications
- 2+ years of experience in manufacturing supervision
- Associate degree in Industrial Management or related field
