Key Responsibilities

  • Assist in managing and maintaining company safety programs across multiple construction jobsites.
  • Conduct routine jobsite safety inspections and identify potential hazards.
  • Work closely with superintendents, project managers, and field personnel to promote safe work practices and resolve safety concerns.
  • Complete safety documentation, reports, and project records using Procore and Microsoft Office.
  • Support safety training initiatives and reinforce a proactive safety culture.
  • Investigate safety concerns and help implement corrective actions when needed.
  • Travel to jobsites as required to perform inspections, support project teams, and occasionally deliver materials or equipment.
  • Maintain accurate records and communicate safety updates effectively with internal teams.

Qualifications

  • Approximately 5+ years of construction safety experience preferred.
  • Candidates with 10–15 years of relevant experience who can quickly step into the role are encouraged to apply.
  • Experience managing or supporting jobsite safety programs.
  • Proficiency with Procore and Microsoft Office.
  • Strong communication, organization, and problem-solving skills.
  • Positive attitude with a proactive, safety-first approach.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
  • Comfortable working outdoors in varying weather conditions.
  • Ability to lift up to 50 pounds as needed.
  • Valid driver's license and willingness to travel to construction jobsites.
