Job Description

We are looking to bring to our team warehouse Associate, 1st/2nd/3rd shift in Ayer, MA

Under general supervision, position is responsible for accepting daily production into inventory. Rotating stock by code date and SKU#, picking customer orders and load the trucks.

PRIMARY ROLES & RESPONSIBILITIES:

• · Loading and unloading of trucks according to load plans
• · Receive, count, tag and distribute all incoming material to designated area.
• · Match all packing slips and weigh bills to a generated purchase order.
• · Input all data into an ERP system
• · Provide QC samples on all Raw Materials at time of receipt.
• · Kit, pre-stage, and document all Raw Material for daily production use
• · Maintain inventory and assist in inventory cycle counts
• · Review all load plans for accuracy and truck position
• · Keep warehouse at expected GMP levels and ready for FDA and AIB inspections at all times
• · Configure orders for daily shipment as well as preparing small parts packages
• · Operate the ASRS equipment in accordance with the SOP
• · Work under Refrigerated temperature conditions (34 – 38 Degrees Fahrenheit)
• · Required to work some overtime occasionally
• · Adheres to all safety and GMP policies
• · Printing Daily Reports including, but not limited to: Receiving Logs, Shipping Logs, Small Package Reports, Driver Logs, & Shortage Reports
• · Other duties or projects as assigned

1st shift Rate $21.75 Hours 7:30 am-4:00 pm Saturday when is needed

2nd Shift Rate/$22.75 p/h. Hours 3:30 pm-12:00 pm Saturday when is needed

3rd Shift Rate $24.25 Hours 11:30pm- 8:00 am Saturday when is needed.
