Immediate Openings - Production Associates

We are actively hiring dependable, detail-oriented individuals to join our growing production team in Arden Hills, MN. Whether you have experience in quality inspection, production, mail operations, or administrative support, we have multiple opportunities for motivated candidates ready to work in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.

Work Location: 1170 Grey Fox Road, Arden Hills, MN 55112

Please review the work location carefully before applying, and ensure you can reliably commute to the site Monday through Friday.

Schedule:

1st shift: 6:00 am – 2:00pm

2nd shift: 2:00 pm - 10:00 pm

3rd shift: 10:00 pm - 6:00 am

What You'll Do

Depending on the position, responsibilities may include:

• Perform quality inspections to ensure products meet company standards.
• Operate production, lettershop, or mailing equipment.
• Assemble, package, and prepare materials for shipment.
• Complete kitting, sorting, labeling, and inventory-related tasks.
• Perform data entry and administrative support for production operations.
• Maintain accurate production records and documentation.
• Follow quality, safety, and production procedures.
• Keep work areas clean, organized, and efficient.
• Work collaboratively with team members to meet production goals.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED preferred.
• Previous manufacturing, warehouse, production, mailroom, print, shipping, quality inspection, or administrative experience is a plus.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Ability to follow written and verbal instructions.
• Basic computer skills (especially for the Kitting Admin role).
• Dependable with excellent attendance and punctuality.
• Able to work independently and as part of a team.

Requirements

• Must be available to start immediately.
• Must be able to pass a 10-year background check.
• Candidates must have a background that meets the client's hiring requirements.
