McNail Insurance Agency, Inc. is seeking a dependable and customer-focused Customer Service Representative to join our team in Milan, TN. This is a full-time, in-office position for someone who enjoys helping customers, communicating professionally, and building a career in the insurance industry.
Pay
- $14–$16 per hour
- Full-time, in-office position
Responsibilities
- Assist customers with questions and general service needs
- Answer phone calls and respond to customer inquiries
- Provide professional and friendly customer service
- Maintain accurate customer information and documentation
- Assist with insurance-related administrative tasks
- Learn company procedures, products, and insurance services
- Help ensure customers receive timely and accurate assistance
Requirements
- Minimum 1 year of in-office, non-retail customer service experience
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Professional, dependable, and customer-focused
- Comfortable working in an office environment
- Ability to pass a criminal background check
- Willingness to obtain an insurance license if hired
- Strong attention to detail and ability to learn new information
- Insurance license preferred, but not required
