Love talking to people? Comfortable picking up the phone and making things happen? Blue Diamond Attachments is looking for an energetic, persuasive Inside Sales Representative to turn conversations into new business opportunities.

This is a telephone-driven business development role. You’ll reach out to prospective dealers, contractors, rental companies, and equipment owners, get past the gatekeeper, connect with decision-makers, uncover needs, and create opportunities for the sales team. The underlying role is specifically designed around proactive pipeline creation and consistent outbound activity.

• Make high-volume outbound calls and connect with new prospects.
• Navigate gatekeepers and reach the people who make buying decisions.
• Build rapport quickly, ask great questions, and uncover opportunities.
• Research prospects and personalize your approach.
• Reconnect with dormant customers and develop new relationships.
• Follow up consistently—because great opportunities rarely happen on the first call.
• Qualify opportunities and transition them to the sales team.
• Track calls, conversations, opportunities, and results in CRM.

What You’ll Bring

Sales, business development, inside sales, or B2B experience is preferred, with outbound telephone prospecting or cold-calling experience strongly preferred. Equipment, construction, agriculture, industrial, automotive, powersports, dealer, or rental experience is a plus—but telephone presence, sales drive, and the ability to connect with people matter most. The formal job requirements also emphasize confident communication, high-volume outbound calling, resilience, and CRM discipline.
