Material Handlers/Clamp Forklift Operators

Company in Aberdeen, MD is seeking experienced Material Handlers / Clamp Forklift Operators to join our team. This role requires prior clamp and sit-down forklift experience with current certification on file. Candidates must be flexible and available for weekends and overtime as needed.

1st Shift:

• Monday-Friday 7am-330pm -19/hr
• Front Half Shift- Sun to Wed from 5am-330pm-19/hr
• Back Half Shift- Wed to Sat From 5am-330pm-19/hr

2nd Shift:

• Monday-Friday 4pm-12:30Am -20.50/hr

Responsibilities

• Operate clamp and sit-down forklifts, must be able to drive in reverse, will be tested on obstacle course and stacking product.
• Loading and unloading materials
• Picking, packing, shipping, and receiving
• Cycle counting and inventory support
• Maintain a clean and safe work area
• Dispose of trash, debris, and packaging materials
• Perform duties in accordance with performance measurement guidelines
• Follow Good Manufacturing Practice (GMP) requirements
• Perform other duties as assigned

Requirements

• Current forklift certification (clamp & sit-down) on file – REQUIRED
• Prior warehouse or material handling experience
• Basic knowledge of Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP)
• Ability to meet productivity and safety standards
• Must be reliable and punctual
• Availability for weekends and overtime
