West Michigan professional is seeking skilled **Post-Construction Detailing Professionals** to join our team in the Greater Grand Rapids and surrounding areas including Lakeshore areas.

**What You’ll Do:**

- Perform precision post-construction detailing for residential and commercial properties, including:

- Removing construction dust, debris, paint splatters, stickers, and caulk.

- Mopping, vacuuming, and polishing floors, walls, and fixtures.

- Cleaning and sanitizing kitchens, bathrooms, and other living spaces.

- Washing interior/exterior windows, frames, and sills.

- Preparing spaces for final walk-throughs or occupancy with a showroom-quality finish.

- Apply expert detailing techniques to ensure every surface shines.

- Follow detailed checklists and safety protocols to meet our high standards.

- Work independently or in teams to complete projects on time.

**Who We’re Looking For:**

- **Experience:** 1 year of professional cleaning or detailing experience preferred (post-construction, commercial, or related fields) but will train the right individuals.

**Special Note:** Experience in **boat or auto detailing** is a major plus! Skills like meticulous surface polishing, handling delicate finishes, and using specialized tools directly translate to the precision required for post-construction detailing, ensuring new builds look pristine.

- **Skills:** Exceptional attention to detail, knowledge of cleaning and detailing products/techniques, and ability to use specialized equipment (e.g., HEPA vacuums, pressure washers).

- **Requirements:**

- Valid driver’s license, reliable transportation, and ability to travel to job sites in Greater Grand Rapids and Lakeshore areas.

- **Physical Ability:** Capable of standing, bending, kneeling, and lifting up to 25-50 lbs. for extended periods, performing repetitive tasks.

- Ability to work in dusty or construction environments.

- Ability to pass a background check.

- **Bonus Points:** Familiarity with construction site safety or OSHA 10 certification.
