Fire Alarm & Security Systems Technician (Experienced)

Location: Westchester County, NY
Job Type: Full-Time

Pay: $30.00 - $45.00 per hour


We are a Westchester-based alarm company established in 1979, and we are looking for an experienced Fire Alarm & Security Systems Technician to join our growing team.


Our company designs, installs, and services Fire Alarm Systems, Intrusion Systems, Video Surveillance (CCTV), and Access Control Systems for commercial and residential clients throughout the region.

We’re looking for a dependable technician who takes pride in their work and wants to grow with a company that has been a trusted name in the industry for over 40 years.


Key Responsibilities

  • Installation, service, and troubleshooting of fire alarm and security systems
  • Installation of CCTV and access control systems
  • Running and terminating low-voltage wiring
  • Programming and configuring system components
  • Performing service calls and system testing
  • Maintaining clean and professional job sites
  • Communicating clearly with customers and team members


Preferred Experience

  • Experience with fire alarm, intrusion, CCTV, or access control systems
  • Background in low-voltage installation or alarm systems
  • Knowledge of construction environments and job-site safety
  • Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to work independently in the field


Physical Requirements

  • Ability to climb ladders up to 10 feet
  • Ability to lift up to 75 lbs
