McNail Insurance Agency, Inc. is seeking a dependable and customer-focused Customer Service Representative to join our team in Milan, TN. This is a full-time, in-office position for someone who enjoys helping customers, communicating professionally, and building a career in the insurance industry.

Pay

• $14–$16 per hour
• Full-time, in-office position

Responsibilities

• Assist customers with questions and general service needs
• Answer phone calls and respond to customer inquiries
• Provide professional and friendly customer service
• Maintain accurate customer information and documentation
• Assist with insurance-related administrative tasks
• Learn company procedures, products, and insurance services
• Help ensure customers receive timely and accurate assistance

Requirements

• Minimum 1 year of in-office, non-retail customer service experience
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Professional, dependable, and customer-focused
• Comfortable working in an office environment
• Ability to pass a criminal background check
• Willingness to obtain an insurance license if hired
• Strong attention to detail and ability to learn new information
• Insurance license preferred, but not required

Schedule

• Full-time
• Monday–Friday
• In-office in Milan, TN
