Property Manager
Job Description
We are seeking an experienced and highly organized Property Manager to oversee the daily operations, maintenance, leasing, and performance of a diverse portfolio of residential and commercial properties. The Property Manager will serve as the primary point of contact for tenants, vendors, contractors, and ownership, ensuring properties are well-maintained, fully occupied, and operating efficiently while delivering exceptional tenant satisfaction.
The ideal candidate will possess a positive attitude with strong communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills, along with experience managing diverse property types and multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
-Key Responsibilities
Property Operations & Management
· Oversee the day-to-day management of residential and commercial properties.
· Respond promptly to tenant concerns, maintenance requests, and emergencies.
· Ensure compliance with all applicable federal, state, and local regulations.
· Assist in preparation of budgets for any property related improvements/repairs.
· Collection of rents and oversee delinquency management.
· Prepare regular reporting on property management.
Tenant & Vendor Relations
· Market available residential and commercial spaces.
· Coordinate property showings, lease negotiations, renewals, and move-in/move-out processes.
· Develop and maintain positive tenant relationships.
· Handle tenant complaints professionally and resolve issues in a timely manner.
· Monitor occupancy rates and implement retention strategies.
· Manage vendor relationships and monitor contractor performance.
· Ensure all vendors meet insurance and licensing requirements.
· Maintain accurate property and tenant records.
· Ensure compliance with Fair Housing laws and commercial lease requirements.
· Enforce property policies and lease provisions

Qualifications
· 3+ years of property management experience, including both residential and commercial properties.
· Strong knowledge of leasing practices, property maintenance, budgeting, and tenant relations.
· Experience managing vendors and service contracts.
· Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and property management software.
· Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
· Certified Property Manager (CPM), Real Property Administrator (RPA), or similar designation preferred.
