Automotive Service Advisor

Earn $55,000–$95,000+ per year — guaranteed hourly base plus an uncapped performance bonus program.

Busy, well-established Honda dealership is looking for a Service Advisor who genuinely takes care of people — and can thrive in a fast-paced, high-volume shop. If you can stay organized and keep customers happy when things get hectic, explain what a vehicle needs in plain language, and make people feel like they got real value for their money, we want to talk to you.

What You'll Do

· Greet service customers and be their advocate from write-up to delivery

· Present and explain recommended maintenance and repairs clearly and honestly

· Keep customers informed on status and set realistic expectations on timing

· Juggle multiple customers and repair orders at once without dropping the ball

· Follow up after the visit to make sure they left completely satisfied

· Hit — and beat — your customer-satisfaction, productivity, and volume targets

What We're Looking For

· Experience is not required. We'll train candidates who bring comparable experience or the aptitude and skill set the role demands — if you've succeeded in customer service, hospitality, retail, sales, or any people-first, detail-driven job, you may be exactly who we're looking for

· Ability to work effectively under pressure — our environment is fast-paced and often hectic, and staying composed is part of the job

· Exceptional organizational skills — you'll manage many moving parts at once

· Exceptional communication and people skills — this is a relationship job, in person and on the phone

· Honest, dependable, and driven to grow your paycheck

· Valid GA driver's license and clean driving record

· CDK/dealership DMS and Honda experience a plus (but not necessary)
