Job Description-

Location: Pico Rivera

1st Shift: 8am-5pm

Pay Rate: $27-$30 DOE

Temp to Hire position

Must be available weekends and possible OT

• Prepare, review, and process customer invoices accurately and on schedule.
• Verify billing information, pricing, quantities, purchase orders, contracts, and supporting documentation.
• Post and apply customer payments to the appropriate accounts.
• Monitor accounts receivable aging and follow up on past-due balances.
• Communicate with customers regarding invoices, payment status, account balances, and billing discrepancies.
• Research and resolve billing errors, short payments, credits, and payment discrepancies.
• Process credit memos, adjustments, and account corrections as needed.
• Reconcile customer accounts and ensure payments are properly applied.
• Maintain accurate customer account records in the accounting/ERP system.
• Assist with month-end and year-end close activities.
• Prepare AR reports, aging reports, and other financial reports as requested.
• Work with internal departments to resolve pricing, delivery, purchase order, or service-related billing issues.
• Maintain organized billing and payment documentation.
• Escalate collection issues and disputed accounts when necessary.
