We are looking for Team Leaders and members who are highly motivated and have pride in their work. Candidates will want to work in and help maintain a fun, wholesome and supportive workplace. Our Leaders will have "ownership of the shift" mentality and pride in its success. There is no specific formula for work history or education that is required, just a willingness to learn, grow and succeed. The ideal candidate will possess the skills listed below:

%CF; Provide customers with outstanding customer service that exceeds expectations.

%CF; Have an exceptionally strong work ethic with attention to detail.

%CF; Be extremely personable, energetic, patient and enjoy working with the public.

%CF; Money handling skills including registers, cash balancing and deposits.

%CF; Can maintain a clean as you go mentality.

%CF; Has open availability and flexibility to change.

%CF; Manage all food safety regulations and follow restaurant safety procedures;

%CF; Implement and administer policies, procedures, and behaviors to ensure a safe and positive work environment.

%CF; Communicate with the Restaurant General Manager and other restaurant leaders when necessary.

Qualifications and skills

%CF; Be at least 18 years or older.

%CF; Authorized to work in the United States.

%CF; Able to communicate with co-workers and supervisors effectively verbally and in writing.

%CF; Must be a team player and willing to demonstrate personal responsibility including but not limited to being on time, in a clean uniform, and treating others with how you would like to be treated, take pride in work and perform it with energy, empathy and engagement.
