Compensation Structure
Base salary + Commission.
Base salary ~ $60,000
Potential Commission Schedule:
2% commission on NEW client orders attributed to them
~$82,500 OTE at target
Tracked by coupon usage

Paid the 2nd paycheck of the following month.
Mileage reimbursement (paid weekly):
Mileage Rate for 2026 is $0.275 per mile.
Position Overview
The Business Development Manager is responsible for driving revenue growth by actively identifying and developing new business opportunities. This role proactively forecasts signage needs, increases order volume, monitors customer ordering patterns, and drives repeat business through a blend of sales accountability, relationship management, and cross-functional collaboration. Leveraging Customer Relationship Management Systems (CRM) to track engagement, performance, and outcomes, the position requires someone who is both results-driven and people-focused, capable of working independently while partnering closely with internal teams to deliver a positive customer experience. The ideal candidate brings a strong background in sales and a proven ability to grow revenue through new business development, strategic account expansion, and a mix of remote outreach and field-based relationship development. This role carries direct revenue accountability through a salary plus commission structure, with a strong emphasis on proactive client acquisition, upselling, and order lifecycle management.
Responsibilities
Own and grow a portfolio of new, high-potential customer accounts through creative outreach, referrals, and partnerships.
Proactively identify upsell, cross-sell, referral, and expansion opportunities by monitoring customer order trends, and driving repeat purchasing behavior.
Forecast customer signage needs and propose tailored solutions.
Engage customers via phone, email, and in-person meetings as needed.
Maintain accurate and detailed records of customer interactions.
Facilitate smooth handovers to the Customer Happiness Team (CHT) and Graphic Design Team (GDT) to meet and exceed customer expectations.
Monitor account performance and contribute insights on growth trends and opportunities.
Travel locally using personal vehicle to support relationship building and growth initiatives with mileage reimbursement.
Qualifications & Experience
Bachelor’s degree, or equivalent sales experience preferred.
Experience growing customer relationships.
Demonstrated ability to grow revenue through upselling, cross-selling, or account expansion.
Experience analyzing customer data and sales trends.
Experience working cross-functionally with internal teams to deliver customer solutions.
