As a Sales Associate at Pilates Addiction, you will play a key role in driving sales and supporting our studio operations. This position is ideal for someone with a passion for health and fitness, who enjoys building relationships with clients and helping them discover the benefits of Pilates. You will be the first point of contact for prospective clients, guiding them through our class offerings, memberships, and retail products.

Key Responsibilities

%CF; Client Engagement: Welcome potential and existing clients to the studio, answering inquiries about

Pilates Addiction classes, membership packages, and retail products.

%CF; Sales & Membership Growth:

%CB; Drive membership sales and upsell class packages, private sessions, and retail items.

%CB; Meet and exceed sales targets while maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction.

%CB; Make 50+ outbound calls daily to warm leads, trial guests, and former members to convert interest

into commitment.

%CB; Master the art of consultative selling, building value, trust, and meaningful connections with every

prospect.

%CB; Conduct studio tours, provide in-depth explanations of the Pilates Addiction method, and match

clients with the right services based on their goals and needs.

%CF; Customer Relationship Management:

%CB; Foster a studio culture rooted in excellence, inclusivity, and transformation.

%CB; Build genuine relationships with members: celebrating milestones, recognizing wins, and elevating

the member experience.

%CB; Build lasting relationships with clients, ensuring they feel valued and supported throughout their

fitness journey.

%CF; Client Onboarding: Facilitate the onboarding process for new clients, including class sign-ups,

membership registration, and ensuring a smooth start to their Pilates Addiction experience.

%CF; Administrative Support: Assist with studio operations, including scheduling, answering calls,

managing email inquiries, and processing sales transactions through our POS system.

%CF; Promotion of Events and Offers: Actively promote studio events, workshops, special offers, and

retail products to enhance the client experience and boost sales.

%CF; Other projects and responsibilities may be added at the Studio Manager’s discretion, including

administrative duties.

Qualifications

%CF; Experience: 1-2 years of sales experience, preferably in a fitness or wellness environment.

%CF; Customer Service: Strong interpersonal and communication skills with a customer-first mindset.

%CF; Fitness Passion: A genuine interest in Pilates and fitness, and the ability to educate others on the

benefits of Pilates.

%CF; Sales Skills: Ability to meet sales targets and overcome objections while maintaining a consultative,

solution-based approach.

%CF; Tech Savvy: Comfortable using studio management software, point-of-sale systems, and other

digital tools.

%CF; Team Player: Ability to work collaboratively with the studio team, contributing to a positive and

supportive environment.

Physical Requirements

%CF; Ability to stand, walk, and interact with clients for extended periods.

%CF; Comfortable with light physical activity related to assisting clients and setting up equipment when

necessary.
