Center Director Early Childhood Education

The Center Director for Early Childhood Education leads daily operations of early childhood programs with a balanced focus on curriculum development and operational management. This role oversees a medium-sized team to ensure high-quality education, regulatory compliance, and a safe, engaging environment. Reporting to the Associate or Executive Director, the Center Director supports center activities through weekly local travel and fosters strong family partnerships.

Responsibilities

• Lead program initiatives to ensure high-quality early childhood education
• Supervise and support a team of 16-25 staff members
• Oversee curriculum development aligned with compliance standards
• Engage families to build community partnerships
• Ensure regulatory compliance and maintain documentation
• Conduct ongoing staff training and professional development
• Manage facility operations to maintain a safe learning environment
• Implement quality assurance processes to improve program outcomes

Required Qualifications

• 3+ years of leadership experience in early childhood education
