Position Overview
We are seeking a Data Entry Intern to assist with inventory and listing operations. This is a great opportunity for high school or college students looking to gain real-world experience in business operations, data management, and e-commerce.
You will help enter and organize data for coins and collectibles as they move through our sales pipeline. This role provides hands-on experience in a fast-paced business environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Data Entry Support
- Enter basic coin and inventory details into internal systems
- Record information such as year, mint mark, denomination, and grade
- Follow clear processes to ensure consistency
- Listing Assistance
- Help prepare items for auction and online listings
- Input titles, descriptions, and item details
- Match data with corresponding photos
- Quality Checks
- Review entries for accuracy and completeness
- Fix simple errors and flag anything unusual
- Team Collaboration
- Work with full-time staff to keep inventory moving efficiently
- Learn how different parts of the business connect
