Restaurant Server

Scioto Country Club, located in Powell, Ohio, is a premier venue featuring a restaurant, member events, parties, and weddings. We are seeking experienced Restaurant Servers to join our team at The Turn, our vibrant restaurant and bar. This role involves providing exceptional food and beverage service during lunch, dinner, and weekend shifts, with additional opportunities to support weddings, golf outings, and member events. Our dedicated team commits to professionalism, reliability, and delivering a fun, energetic experience for all guests.

Responsibilities

• Provide outstanding guest service in a restaurant and event setting
• Take accurate orders and deliver timely beverage service
• Support event setup, execution, and breakdown
• Handle cash and process payments efficiently
• Maintain table setup and overall cleanliness
• Upsell menu items to enhance guest experience
• Collaborate effectively with team members and management
• Demonstrate reliability, positive attitude, and strong problem-solving skills
• Exhibit social competence and active listening

Required Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year of experience in food and beverage hospitality
