Roanoke, VA | $60,000–$65,000 Base Salary
Up to $1,000 Quarterly Bonus/$4,000 Annually
Total Annual Earning Potential: Up to $70,000

Fidelis Logistics is seeking a hands-on Bilingual Production Supervisor to lead our second-shift CHEP pallet-repair operation. You will coach employees, improve workflow, and ensure production goals are achieved safely and efficiently.
This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced Production Lead, Team Lead, Shift Lead, Trainer, or Assistant Supervisor ready to advance into a formal supervisory role.

What We’re Looking For
- Fluent Spanish and English communication skills
- Three or more years of experience in manufacturing, production, warehousing, logistics, or distribution
- Experience leading, training, or coordinating production employees
- Ability to motivate employees and maintain accountability
- Strong problem-solving and organizational skills
- Working knowledge of Microsoft Office and production-management systems
- Ability to work second shift and extended hours or weekends when necessary
Formal supervisory experience is preferred but not required. Strong production leads ready for their next career step are encouraged to apply.
What You’ll Do
- Lead, train, coach, and mentor second-shift employees
- Maintain safety, attendance, quality, and productivity expectations
- Oversee pallet-repair operations and customer quality requirements
- Adjust staffing and workflow to achieve production goals
- Identify bottlenecks and implement process improvements
- Address employee performance and conduct concerns
- Track production results and maintain accurate records
- Coordinate materials, tools, and equipment to prevent interruptions
- Communicate effectively with employees and leadership across shifts
