Compensation: $31,000 Base Salary + Uncapped Commissions ($75,000–$150,000+ First-Year OTE)

The Role:

• Handle high-volume outbound and inbound sales calls (~350 dials/day via automated high-speed CRM).
• Educate clients nationwide on life insurance products tailored to their budget and coverage needs.
• Guide prospects through simplified digital applications from pitch to close in a single call.

What You Bring:

• Active Life Insurance License (or active 2-15 / 2-14 in the state of Florida).
• Relentless phone stamina, strong closing instincts, and a competitive mindset.
• Coachability and the drive to maximize an uncapped earning structure.

Location & Schedule:

On-site at our high-energy sales floor in Hollywood, FL. Monday through Friday, full-time business hours.
