Data Center Commissioning Superintendent

Data Center Commissioning Superintendent (x3) – Colorado City, TX | On-Site | US Citizen/Green Card Required-No Visa or No contract or agency candidates

We are hiring three Commissioning Superintendents for large-scale, mission-critical data center construction projects in Colorado City, TX. Roles include Electrical (Day Shift), Mechanical (Day Shift), and Electrical/Mechanical (Overnight Shift).

Responsibilities:

• Lead on-site commissioning for electrical, mechanical, or combined systems
• Supervise technicians and coordinate contractors/vendors
• Execute startup, system testing, and integrated systems testing (IST)
• Drive project schedules, maintain safety, and ensure quality documentation
• Weekly travel to project sites (all travel expenses covered; must be able to commute or relocate temporarily near a major airport)

Shifts:

• 2 Day Shifts (Electrical or Mechanical focus)
• 1 Overnight Shift (Electrical/Mechanical focus)

Requirements:

• Minimum 8 years in commissioning/startup/MEP field supervision, plus 3 years as a superintendent/lead/foreman
• 2+ years of data center commissioning experience required
• Hands-on proficiency with commissioning levels, field testing, and IST
• Strong coordination, safety, and reporting skills; Procore proficiency
• Able to work onsite full-time, including extended hours/nights/weekends
• High school diploma required; technical or trade credentials prefer
