Our client is looking for dependable and motivated Production Workers to join their growing food manufacturing team in Portage, WI. This is a great opportunity for candidates with production, manufacturing, warehouse, or food industry experience who are comfortable working in a fast-paced environment.

Attendance Bonus

Your attendance can help you earn additional income:

• Perfect attendance for 30 days: $480 monthly bonus
• 90% attendance: Approximately $160 monthly bonus
  

Available Shifts

1st Shift – 7:00 AM - 3:30 PM

2nd Shift - 3:00 PM – 1:30 AM

Responsibilities

• Package, label, and inspect food products
• Remove products that do not meet quality standards
• Fill, seal, band, and box products
• Palletize finished goods
• Assist with equipment setup and cleaning
• Follow food safety, quality, and sanitation procedures
• Maintain a clean and organized work area
• Work efficiently with the team to meet daily production goals
  

Requirements

• Dependable and reliable attendance
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
• Ability to stand and perform repetitive tasks for extended periods
• Previous production, manufacturing, warehouse, or food experience preferred
• High School Diploma or GED preferred
• Willingness to learn and follow safety and quality procedures
