Safety Director
Job Description
At KIRCO, safety isn’t just a priority—it’s a core value. We’re looking for a seasoned Safety Director to lead our company-wide health, safety, and environmental (HSE) programs and foster a proactive, people-first safety culture across all construction sites and operations.
What You'll Do:
'14; Develop, implement, and manage HSE programs company-wide
'14; Conduct regular site inspections and audits to ensure regulatory compliance (OSHA, MIOSHA, etc.)
'14; Lead engaging safety training and education for field and office teams
'14; Partner with leadership to reduce risk and improve workplace safety performance
'14; Respond to incidents and regulatory inquiries with professionalism and precision
'14; Oversee workers’ compensation data and drive continuous improvement
What We're Looking For:
'05; 5–10 years of safety management experience (general contracting preferred)
'05; Strong knowledge of OSHA standards and construction safety protocols
'05; Degree in Occupational Health & Safety or related field or equivalent hands-on experience
'05; A confident leader who communicates clearly and collaborates across teams
'05; Willingness to travel regularly to job sites
