Pay: $20.19/hour + Attendance Incentive
Schedule: Monday-Friday | 6:30 AM-3:00 PM

Position Overview
Snelling Staffing is seeking a detail-oriented Inventory Control Clerk for a leading manufacturing company in Louisville. This position will support the Production Inventory Control team by maintaining accurate inventory records, conducting cycle counts and location audits, and identifying inventory discrepancies.

This position will support the Production Inventory Control team by maintaining accurate inventory records, conducting cycle counts and location audits, and identifying inventory discrepancies.

Key Responsibilities
- Perform weekly finished goods inventory audits at an offsite warehouse.
- Conduct daily inventory location audits.
- Perform cycle counts and compare physical inventory to system records.
- Investigate inventory discrepancies and identify potential issues related to:
- Bills of Materials (BOM)
- Scrap
- Receiving
- Production orders and work orders
- Maintain accurate inventory records and documentation.
- Communicate inventory issues and discrepancies to the appropriate supervisor.
- Provide general support to the Production Inventory Control Supervisor.
- Perform other duties as assigned.
- High school diploma or GED required.
- Previous inventory control, cycle counting, warehouse, or manufacturing experience preferred.
- Working knowledge of inventory control procedures and cycle counting.
- Familiarity with Production Order and Work Order processes.
- Strong Microsoft Office skills, particularly Excel.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong problem-solving and analytical abilities.
- Excellent attention to detail.
- Ability to prioritize tasks and manage time effectively.
- Strong interpersonal and teamwork skills.
- Dependable with a strong attendance record.
- Ability to work safely in a manufacturing and warehouse environment.
- Must follow all company safety guidelines and procedures.
- Required PPE may include:
- Hi-Visibility Vest
- Steel-Toe Shoes
- Safety Glasses
- Gloves, when applicable
- Ear Plugs, when applicable
