LSAA/LADAC

Are you passionate about making a real, lasting difference in people's lives? Vibe Treatment Center is looking for a dedicated, licensed LSAA or LADAC to join our compassionate, teamwork-driven family.

At Vibe, we deeply value client-centered care, collaboration, and evidence-based treatment. In this role, you will lead dynamic Intensive Outpatient Program (IOP) groups and provide individual therapy to help clients build strong foundations for recovery.

What You’ll Do:

• Facilitate engaging IOP group sessions.
• Conduct individual therapy sessions tailored to client needs.
• Utilize evidence-based modalities—including the Matrix Model, CBT, and DBT skills—to help clients identify triggers and manage cravings effectively.
• Collaborate with a supportive, highly dynamic clinical team.

What We’re Looking For:

• Current LSAA or LADAC licensure.
• Strong foundation in CBT, DBT skills, and/or the Matrix Model.
• A compassionate, team-oriented mindset and a genuine passion for recovery.
