An Employee Benefits Specialist at Globe Life is responsible for assisting clients and employees in understanding, selecting, and managing their benefits packages, such as health, dental, life, and disability insurance. They provide guidance on plan options, handle enrollments and claims, and ensure compliance with company policies and regulations. Additionally, they work closely with HR departments and serve as a point of contact for benefits-related questions and problem resolution.

Responsibilities:
- Sales and Presentation: Meet with clients or business groups to pitch supplemental life and non-medical insurance policies.
- Client Guidance: Explain policy details, coverage tiers, and premium options to workers or individual buyers.
- Account Management: Handle enrollment paperwork, process basic policy requests, and maintain ongoing customer service.
- Team Building: Recruit, train, or mentor new agents depending on leadership track opportunities within the specific regional agency
Requirements:
- Core Skills: Basic computer literacy (Zoom, email) and clear communication skills.
- Traits: High integrity, coachable attitude, and a desire to help people.
