Barista | Bring Your Coffee Skills & Creativity

Bayshore Bodega is looking for an experienced, friendly, energetic Barista to join our waterfront café in Naples.

We want someone who knows their way around a café, enjoys working with people, brings good energy to a shift, and takes pride in what they serve.

This is a true café role. You need to be equally comfortable making drinks, preparing food, handling a rush, cleaning, running the register, and helping customers.

We are looking for someone who already has relevant experience and understands how to work efficiently in a busy food service environment. We will show you how things work at Bayshore Bodega, but we want someone who can come in with a solid foundation and confidence behind the counter.

We also love creative people. Have an idea for a seasonal drink, food special, Reel, promotion, or something fun we should try? We genuinely want to hear it.

What You'll Do

• Make coffee, espresso drinks, teas, and specialty beverages
• Prepare and serve food from our menu
• Take orders and provide friendly, helpful customer service
• Run the register and accurately handle payments
• Keep the café, counters, equipment, tables, and work areas clean and organized
• Restock food, ingredients, supplies, and merchandise
• Follow food safety and proper food handling procedures
• Work quickly and efficiently during busy periods
• Get to know our regulars and help create a welcoming neighborhood atmosphere
• Jump in wherever the team needs help
• Share ideas for drinks, food specials, promotions, events, and social media content

What We're Looking For

• Previous barista, café, restaurant, or food service experience is required
• Comfortable making drinks and preparing food
• Able to work efficiently in a busy environment
• Friendly, outgoing, and comfortable talking with customers
• Dependable and consistent
• Able to multitask and stay organized under pressure
• Comfortable cleaning, restocking, taking out trash, and doing everything that comes with keeping a café running
• A team player who is willing to jump in and help
• Creative and comfortable sharing ideas
• Available for mornings, weekends, and a flexible schedule
