Job Title: Overnight Production & Assembly Associate (3rd Shift)
Pay Rate: $21 – $23/hour (Weekly Pay!)
Location: Near Mount Vernon, OH (Easy commute from Howard, Danville, Fredericktown, Newark, Sunbury, & surrounding areas)
Shift: 3rd Shift | Sunday – Thursday | 11:00 PM – 7:30 AM (Overtime flexibility starting at 8:00 PM or on Fridays when needed)

What You’ll Do (Key Responsibilities)
- Assembly & Fabrication: Use hand tools, power tools, and precise measuring devices to assemble top-quality manufactured products.
- Quality Assurance: Perform careful visual and dimensional inspections on raw materials and finished goods to ensure strict quality standards.
- Packaging & Staging: Safely package, label, and prep completed products for storage and outbound shipping.
- Equipment Operation: Operate production machinery and assembly line equipment efficiently while supporting team workflow.
- Safety & 5S: Keep your workstation clean, organized, and hazard-free while upholding company safety protocols.
What Makes You a Great Fit (Qualifications)
- Experience: Previous manufacturing, assembly, or warehouse experience is a plus—but a strong work ethic is what matters most!
- Tool Skills & Coordination: Comfortable operating basic power/hand tools with strong hand-eye coordination and manual dexterity.
- Detail-Oriented: Focused on quality, accuracy, and catching minor product defects before shipment.
- Physical Capability: Ability to stand, bend, and lift up to 50 lbs. regularly throughout a 3rd shift cycle.
- Dependability: Outstanding attendance record, positive attitude, and willingness to work overtime as production demands require.
