People Source is hiring for experienced Certified Rigger for a major data center project in Midlothian.
Responsibilities
- Rig and safely load/unload materials from trucks using cranes.
- Use slings, chains, shackles, spreader bars, and other rigging equipment.
- Direct crane operators using hand signals and radios.
- Safely move and position heavy materials around the jobsite.
- Inspect rigging equipment and maintain safe work zones.
- Follow lift plans, OSHA requirements, and site safety procedures.
Requirements

Certified/qualified rigger with crane rigging experience.
- Experience loading and unloading construction materials from trucks.
- Knowledge of rigging equipment, load capacities, and safe lifting practices.
- OSHA 10 Required
- Data center or large commercial/industrial construction experience preferred.
