Full-Time | On-Site | Monday–Friday

Springvale Apartments is a well-established 55+ apartment community known for its welcoming atmosphere, beautiful grounds, and long-term residents. We are seeking a polished, organized, and personable Leasing & Administrative Coordinator to support daily office operations and help create an exceptional experience for both residents and prospective residents.
This role is ideal for someone who enjoys working with people, thrives in a professional office environment, and has strong administrative and communication skills.
What You’ll Do
%CF; Serve as a primary point of contact for residents, visitors, and prospective residents
%CF; Answer phones, respond to inquiries, and schedule apartment tours and appointments
%CF; Assist with leasing paperwork, rental applications, resident files, and office correspondence
%CF; Support marketing and outreach efforts, including brochures and apartment availability information
%CF; Maintain organized records and assist with general office administration
%CF; Work closely with the Resident Manager to support smooth day-to-day operations
%CF; Provide a warm, professional, and customer-focused experience at all times

%CF; Comfortable managing multiple tasks in a busy office setting
%CF; Friendly and confident communicating with residents and prospective residents
%CF; Detail-oriented with strong follow-through
%CF; Proficient with Microsoft Office and Outlook
%CF; Experienced in customer service, administrative support, and leasing.
Ideal candidates are comfortable handling phones, scheduling, paperwork, and customer interactions in a professional office environment.
Preferred Experience
%CF; 2+ years of office, administrative, leasing and customer service experience
%CF; Experience, handling phones, scheduling, data entry, and document management
Requirements
%CF; High school diploma or GED
%CF; Valid New York State driver’s license and insured vehicle
%CF; Ability to walk the property and tour apartment units, including stairs
%CF; Strong written and verbal English communication skills
