CPI Commercial Locks and Door Hardware is a small, family-owned business specializing in commercial door hardware, locks, and security products. We work with commercial customers, schools, facilities, and businesses throughout the United States.

We are looking for a dependable, friendly, and detail-oriented person to join our team in a full-time Inside Sales & Customer Support position.

This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys working with customers, learning products, and having variety in their workday. We are looking for someone who wants a stable, long-term position and the opportunity to grow with our company.

Responsibilities

• Answer incoming customer phone calls and emails
• Enter and process customer orders accurately
• Assist customers with product questions, pricing, and order information
• Learn our door hardware, locks, and security products
• Follow up on customer quotes and inquiries
• Build relationships with existing customers
• Make occasional outbound calls to current and potential customers
• Assist with customer outreach and sales opportunities
• Participate in occasional trade shows
• Work closely with our small team on day-to-day office operations

Preferred Experience

Experience in customer service, inside sales, order entry, or a similar office position is preferred.

Experience with QuickBooks, Excel, or similar business software is helpful but not required. We are willing to train the right person.

Schedule

Full-time, Monday through Friday.

This is an in-person position at our St. Cloud, Minnesota location.
