Warehouse Manager

We are seeking an experienced Warehouse Manager to oversee daily warehouse operations in a fast-paced manufacturing environment. The ideal candidate will be a strong leader with hands-on warehouse experience, excellent organizational skills, and the ability to effectively manage a warehouse team.

Starting Pay: $45.00 per hour
Schedule: 5:00 AM – 2:30 PM
Position: Full-Time

Responsibilities

• Supervise, train, and manage a team of approximately 10 warehouse employees.
• Oversee daily warehouse operations, including shipping, receiving, loading, and unloading.
• Operate and oversee the safe use of forklifts, pallet jacks, and other material-handling equipment.
• Maintain accurate inventory and warehouse records.
• Ensure proper inventory rotation and FIFO practices.
• Receive, inspect, and verify incoming shipments.
• Coordinate supply pickups and deliveries.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe warehouse environment.
• Ensure compliance with OSHA regulations and company safety procedures.
• Monitor employee performance and provide coaching when needed.
• Work closely with Production, Quality Control, and Purchasing departments to ensure materials are available when needed.
• Identify opportunities to improve warehouse workflow, organization, and efficiency.

Qualifications

• Previous experience as a Warehouse Manager, Warehouse Supervisor, Distribution Supervisor, or similar leadership role.
• Strong knowledge of shipping and receiving, inventory control, logistics, and warehouse operations.
• Forklift and material-handling equipment experience.
• Knowledge of OSHA warehouse safety standards.
• Experience with inventory control and FIFO practices.
• Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
• Ability to supervise, motivate, and train warehouse employees.
• Bilingual English/Spanish required.
