Outside Sales Representative
Job Description
Flawless Grass & Hardscape is looking for experienced and motivated Outside Sales Representatives to join our growing team.
Compensation:
- Up to $22/hour (based on experience)
- Commission potential up to $120,000+ per year
If you have at least 1 years of direct sales or outside sales experience, we’d love to hear from you. Experience in home improvement, roofing, solar, landscaping, or similar industries is a plus.
Responsibilities:
- Meet with homeowners to present our synthetic turf and hardscape solutions.
- Build relationships and generate new sales opportunities.
- Follow up with prospective customers.
- Deliver outstanding customer service throughout the sales process.
- Work independently to achieve sales goals.
Qualifications:
- Minimum 3 years of direct or outside sales experience.
- Excellent communication and closing skills.
- Reliable transportation and a valid driver’s license.
- Professional appearance and a positive attitude.
- Self-motivated and results-driven.
