Alliance Medical Corporation is seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Inside Sales and Customer Support Specialist to join our team in Cedarburg, Wisconsin. This full-time position will support our customers, sales team, and service department while playing a key role in our day-to-day operations.

Position Summary
The Customer Support Specialist serves as a central point of coordination between customers, manufacturers, and internal teams. This role combines customer service, administrative support, project coordination, and accounting-related responsibilities. The ideal candidate is a team player who enjoys a variety of responsibilities, takes initiative, and thrives in a fast-paced environment. This candidate must be a good fit for our company culture and must effectively work with all members of the AMC team.
Key Responsibilities
- Become knowledgeable about all products sold by Alliance Medical Corporation
- Support customers, sales representatives, and service technicians
- Manage calendars and scheduling activities
- Prepare quotations, proposals, invoices, and related documentation
- Track customer orders and provide status updates
- Assist with project management and coordination of equipment installations and deliveries
- Order parts and supplies from manufacturers and vendors
- Communicate with manufacturers regarding orders, service issues, pricing, and product information
- Respond promptly and professionally to customer inquiries and requests
- Reconcile sales commissions and maintain commission records
- Prepare and maintain accounting and operational reports
- Track and manage preventative maintenance programs
- Maintain accurate customer and order information within our CRM system
- Support general office operations and assist other team members as needed
Qualifications
- Experience in customer service, accounting, office administration, or a related field is preferred
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Excellent attention to detail and accuracy
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications, including Outlook, Word, and Excel
- Positive attitude and willingness to learn technical product information
- Experience with a CRM system is preferred but not required
- Experience in healthcare, medical equipment, distribution, or service industries is a plus

Schedule & Location
- Full-time, Monday through Friday
- Standard hours: 8:00 AM to 4:00 PM
- Some flexibility may be required to support the sales team outside of standard business hours
- Primarily onsite in Cedarburg, WI, with some work-from-home flexibility available
