Member Service Advisor

Join Our Team as a Member Services Advisor!

Are you tech-savvy, detail-oriented, and passionate about providing excellent service? We’re looking for a dedicated Member Services Advisor to help our members with their financial needs, troubleshoot technical issues, and build lasting relationships.

Responsibilities

• Promptly and courteously answer incoming calls, directing members as appropriate
• Complete loan applications and coordinate communication with underwriting
• Assess member needs and recommend appropriate loan and deposit products
• Make proactive outbound calls to identify new business opportunities
• Provide occasional branch office support as needed
• Collaborate effectively within a small team of 3-5 Member Service Advisors
• Perform additional duties as assigned to support credit union goals

Qualifications:

• 18 years or older with a valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
• Prior customer service, sales, cash handling, or service industry experience preferred but not required
• Strong computer skills, including proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite
• Demonstrated ability to quickly learn new technology and systems
• Comfortable using calculators and handling cash accurately
• Physical ability to stand, bend, lift, and perform routine tasks in an office environment
