  • Dates/Schedule: Beginning ASAC (30 days) for 3 months with the option to extend. Monday-Friday, 7 am - 3 pm

  • Case Mix: General Surgery, Ortho, GYN, Urology, and Ophthalmology
    • \n
  • # of OR's: 3
    • \n
  • Support Staff/Supervision: CRNA only model, provider will work independently
    • \n
  • Credentialing Time Frame: 30 day average
    • \n
  • Certifications: ACLS, BLS, PALS, NBCRNA
    • \n
  • Active NV License: Must be licensed in NV preferably, or have a compact
    • \n
  • Flights/Lodging/Rental Car or Mileage: Yes
