Engineer Opportunity - Pilot Plant Leadership Role

We’re building a new pilot plant facility and looking for a motivated engineer to join our team! This role starts with construction oversight and transitions into plant operations, offering long-term career growth with Western Magnesium.

What you’ll do:

• Lead construction crews, toolbox talks, and safety assessments
• Write SOPs, manage schedules, and oversee deliveries
• Supervise operations and maintenance teams once the plant is running
• Operate equipment, manage process data, and support flowsheet optimization
• Coordinate sample analysis with external labs

What we’re looking for:

• Bachelor’s in Chemical, Metallurgical, or Mechanical Engineering
• 2–5 years of relevant experience (metallurgical operations preferred)
• Strong organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills
• PE registration in Nevada (or ability to obtain)
• OSHA/safety knowledge and willingness to work flexible hours

This is a fast-paced role with excellent growth potential into a senior position. Relocation to Las Vegas, NV required.
