Salary: $28.00 - $32.00/hour depending on experience

Schedule: Full-Time | 4-Day Work Week

Advanced Endodontics in Louisville, KY seeks a Patient Care Coordinator to enhance the patient experience and support our practice's growth. Candidates with dental, medical, hospitality, or customer service backgrounds who value exceptional service are encouraged to apply.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

· Serve as the first point of contact for patients, creating a warm, professional, and exceptional experience from the first interaction.

· Answer incoming calls, manage messages, and route inquiries efficiently and courteously.

· Schedule appointments accurately to reflect endodontists’ schedules.

· Knowledge of insurance language and familiarity with accounts receivables preferred.

· Deliver clear and effective communication and information to patients regarding the recommended treatment plans and facilitate successful closure of related financials.

· Work with other practices to obtain x-rays, referrals, and coordinate patient needs.

· Build positive and productive relationships with referral partners for business growth.

· Follow up with patients to improve satisfaction.

· Maintain up-to-date knowledge about practice services offered.

KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS, AND ABILITIES:

· Proficient in Microsoft Office suite of products.

· Strong customer service, patient care or hospitality background with a passion for delivering high-touch service.

· Organized self-starter, motivated problem solver and highly organized and energetic team player.

· Must be polished and maintain clear and effective communication skills (written and verbal).

· Positive, team-oriented mindset with the ability to build strong relationships internally and externally.

· Ability to work collaboratively with colleagues of all levels and build cross-functional relationships.

EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE:

· High school diploma.

· Knowledge of dental terminology is a plus.

· Three (3) years of previous front-office experience in medical or dental practice (preferred).

· Candidates with hospitality, hotel, concierge, retail, or high-level customer service experience are strongly encouraged to apply.
