SheetMetal Mechanic Helper

Kodiak Labor Solutions is hiring Sheet Metal Mechanic Helpers for a large-scale commercial data center project.

Responsibilities

• Assist Journeymen with sheet metal ductwork fabrication and installation
• Help read mechanical drawings, blueprints, and layouts
• Measure, fit, and assemble ductwork and sheet metal components
• Work with field crews and supervision to maintain project schedules
• Maintain tools and equipment
• Follow site-specific safety requirements
• Communicate installation issues and progress to supervision

Requirements

• Prior sheet metal, HVAC, or construction experience preferred but not required
• Willingness to learn ductwork fabrication and installation
• Basic ability to read mechanical drawings and layouts
• Ability to work under Journeyman direction
• Standard trade hand tools
• Reliable transportation
• Strong commitment to jobsite safety

$120/day per diem available for qualified travelers.
