Residential Carpenter

We are looking for a versatile Residential Carpenter for full-scope home building and remodeling. You will handle projects from the ground up—starting with rough framing and exterior work down to precise interior trim and finish details.

Key Responsibilities

• Rough Framing: Build walls, floors, roofs, and structural frameworks.
• Finish Carpentry: Install interior/exterior trim, doors, windows, baseboards, and cabinetry.
• Exteriors & Decking: Build custom wood/composite decks, install siding, and apply proper weatherproofing.
• Remodeling: Execute structural teardowns, alterations, and general renovation tasks.
• Tool & Plan Usage: Read basic blueprints, take accurate measurements, and safely operate power and hand tools.

Requirements

• Experience: 1+ years in residential carpentry or remodeling.
• Skills: Proficient in both rough framing and detailed finish work.
• Tools: Must have basic personal hand tools and a tool belt (power tools provided).
• Transportation: Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation to job sites.
• Physical Ability: Able to lift 50+ lbs, climb ladders, and work outdoors in varied conditions.
